I sat down with Santi and we deep dove into our experiences of death and the rebirth process after.
Death changes everything about your life. It’s shocking how different things are after the passing of a loved one. We come into “be” ing and to let go of all the stories of how we think things should be.
We go inward after death, to detox and cleanse we go deep inside, to find the rebirth on the other side – we find our new self, the self after death. After the depths of winter – we find the flowers in the spring.
We find the light and we want to stay there, to bask in the coziness of the warmth on our skin, the rays nursing our soul. We become the light. The world works in ways of polarity. Light and dark. God takes you into the lightness – the world of rainbows and magic. We go deep into the darkness of feeling the shadows, the sadness, and the depth of the pain that comes with being human. We allow the emotions to flow.
Change is the Rainbow
To find the wholeness of the light and dark and experiencing balance through that.
To find stability in the ever flowing waves, to be in service of the big shifts that are coming. Allowing the necessary change that may feel challenging, and to embrace that challenge as a “good” thing.
When we can finally surrender into the change that our heart desires – we end up in the most magical places that we could have never even imagined. To feel the fear and move towards that feeling. To know that there is something for us on the other side. Say yes to your yess’s, and then to notice the voices internally and then chose to follow your deepest desires.

Each time you choice to explore the thing that creates fear – you’re building the positive reinforcement loop. When the fear shows up – notice what happens after you are on the other side.

How do I live in balance in a nourished way everyday in a way that feels like – “God I am so grateful to be alive” ? – Santi
The Medicine of Santi
Through death and rebirth Santi has found her passionate of integration. To take the lessons from the death cycles and use them in your expansion to your highest self. Here is a piece of her medicine.
What can I do every day to tap into that divine feeling of heaven on earth? Nature + Nurture – go inward and do the yoga, and meditation. Putting your feet on the earth, sun gaze, light blockers, self soothing, breath work, movement, these are your daily practices. The connection to nature is mirroring that the connection to ourselves. Observing the similarities between nature’s death and rebirth – and ours. Allowing nature to calm your nervous system.
You deserve to feel really nourished and to desire the connection of your friends. You need both.
Community as medicine. Nourish yourself so that you are able to show up as your best self. To learn how to communicate authentically in ways that supports nursing connections. Establishing healthy boundaries, and learn how to navigate charges and repairing connection. We no longer know how to commune naturally – we are relearning to communicate, set boundaries and show up in a healthily way for ourselves, and others. Allowing yourself to shine as big as you want. Be who you are and to allow ourselves to be seen and judged.
